Rally your friends, families, and coworkers to raise awareness and support for animals in our community! Want to host a drive, fundraiser, or have us at your event? Fill out the request form and our staff will be in contact with you. Please note: Humane Fort Wayne’s calendar books very quickly. Typically, 90 days of advance notice is needed.

PetSmart Charities Adopt Joy
April 25 | 12-3PM | PetSmart Maysville Road
Ready to adopt some joy? Join us for on Saturday, April 25th from 12-3PM at PetSmart on Maysville Road! Come interact with adoptable dogs and see if one makes it into your heart and home!
Pre-approved adopters get PRIORITY, so be sure to apply ahead of time! As always, we recommend bringing any kids or dogs in the home in to meet our adoptable pups! Stay tuned! See who will be at the event on our website the night before around 7PM!

Humane Fort Wayne is partnering with Lost Dogs of Fort Wayne, Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control and Fort Wayne Pit Bull Coalition to help keep your pets safe! Get your dog or cat microchipped for just $5 on Saturday, May 23 from 12-3PM (or until supplies last) at various locations around Fort Wayne.

Looking for support after the loss of a beloved pet? Humane Fort Wayne is proud to partner with Beyond the Rainbow Bridge and Dr. Paula Neuman to bring our community a safe and compassionate space to discuss the pet loss and the subsequent grief it creates in our lives. Join us for our next grief support group with guided discussions on May 14 at 6PM at 901 St. Francis Drive.
