Want to rally your friends, family, coworkers, and others to raise awareness and support for animals in our community? Consider including us in your third-party event!
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Humane Fort Wayne! Due to our recent move to our new facility, our capacity to support 3rd party events is very limited at this time.
We invite you to fill out the request form below, and thank you in advance for your understanding as we embark on this exciting new chapter!
What is a third-party event?
Third-party (that’s you!) events are organized by anyone who is not a Humane Fort Wayne staff member. They’re great for our animals because they raise money and awareness without taking staff time and resources away from the animals!
As the event host, you are responsible for:
- Event planning
- Underwriting all of the related costs
- Recruiting volunteers
- Writing all letters, including sponsor requests and thank-you letters to potential donors, sponsors, and patrons
- Creating flyers and any other necessary publicity
- Working the actual event
Please note that all third-party fundraising events must be approved by Humane Fort Wayne through our application process. Apply to host an event below! You will be contacted by Humane Fort Wayne once we have reviewed your application.
