Meet Haze — and despite the mighty name, this guy is nothing but a total sweetheart. 🖤🐾

Haze is a playful terrier mix puppy with lots of energy, a curious spirit, and a heart that’s still learning just how safe and loved it can be. He’s fun, bouncy, and full of puppy enthusiasm, but he can also be a little timid at first. New things sometimes make him pause—but with patience, kindness, and encouragement, his confidence grows beautifully.

Our animal care staff suspect Haze may have spent time as an outdoor dog, which makes it even more important to say this loud and clear: Haze is looking for an INDOOR-ONLY home. He deserves a life where he’s warm, safe, and part of the family—not left outside. Inside is where he will truly thrive, build trust, and blossom into the happy, secure dog he’s meant to be.

Haze will do best with adopters who understand puppy energy, are willing to go slow at first, and are excited to help him learn that the world (and the couch) isn’t such a scary place after all. If you’re looking for a playful, gentle-hearted pup who just needs a little reassurance and a lot of love—Haze is ready to prove that sometimes the softest hearts come with the strongest names. 💕
