PetSmart Cat Adoption

Adopt a Cat from PetSmart

1. Fill out and submit our Cat Adoption Application. Please only submit ONE application. 
2. Once received, Humane Fort Wayne will review your application. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received.
3. You will receive an email approval allowing you to visit with any of our felines at our shelter or off site locations. 
4. Once you have decided which cat you would like to adopt, please call the shelter at 260-744-0454 or email [email protected]
5. You will receive a call from our staff to complete details of your adoption. 
6. Once your adoption has been finalized, the PetSmart staff will release your new feline friend!
